Evri in Marchwood is looking for a Finance & Benefits Manager to oversee the benefits realisation of a major transformation programme. The successful candidate will lead the benefits agenda from strategy through delivery, ensuring both financial and non-financial benefits are realised.

This role requires a qualified accountant with a strong background in transformation programmes and excellent engagement skills. The position offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements, with 2-3 days in the office.
