Your Purpose
The Benefits Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and communicating associate benefits programs that support the organization's talent strategy and associate experience. This role oversees health and welfare plans, retirement programs, leave administration, wellness initiatives, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
What You’ll Do
- Manage administration of employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and wellness programs, in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Serve as the primary liaison with benefits brokers, carriers, consultants, and third-party administrators. Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements or cost-saving opportunities.
