Job Overview:

The Business Systems Analyst (Configuration and Testing) supports the delivery of health and welfare benefits administration by configuring client systems based on approved benefit plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment requirements, and by independently validating configurations performed by other team members through structured testing.

The role is embedded within live, regulated benefits administration environments, where accuracy, testing rigor, and documentation are critical to client compliance, member eligibility, and enrollment outcomes.
