Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Serve as the primary benefit contact for clients during open enrollment • Support sub-departments (underwriting, system operations, client relations, etc) with renewal preparation • Validate client benefit plans for accuracy and perform quality checks of benefits-related data prior to delivery • Provide guidance to ensure regulatory compliance • Present and deliver Client renewals with minimal oversight • Communicate and educate Client on all benefit offerings and products • Work directly with insurance carriers and vendors with specific plan questions • Advise employees on their options and help them navigate complex decisions about their benefits • Review and provide various reports using internal tools to update progress of open enrollment • Review the accuracy of employee benefits data...
