Our client, a government agency in the public sector, is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join their team. As a Benefits Analyst, you will be part of the Benefits Administration Department supporting eligibility, enrollment operations, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Madison, WI - Mostly remote - Wisconsin residency required (no relocation)
**Duration:** 12+ months with highly possible extension
**Pay Range:** $29 - $31/ hr. on W2
**Work Arrangement**

+ **Schedule:** Mostly remote
+ First 6 months: Onsite every Wednesday for onboarding/training
+ After 6 months: Onsite 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month
