Job Description

Analyzes, verifies, tracks and executes financial reporting on benefit plan performance, practices and trends. Conducts impact analysis as assigned.

Job Responsibility

+ Analyzes, verifies, tracks and reports on complex data on benefit plan utilization, costs and trends and makes recommendations for enhancements, cost savings, or potential changes; identifies inconsistencies and resolves discrepancies through research and reconciliation.
+ Develops metrics to conduct impact analysis of program proposals and calculations related to business proposals.
+ Develops project plans, coordinates required resources and manages to budgets and timelines.
+ Participates in vendor management, keeping projects on track.
+ Assists in reviewing operations and processes and makes recommendations for administrative controls and improved efficiencies.
