Compensation: $30.00/hour to $42.00/hour
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities
+ Assist, prioritize, and deliver the day-to-day operations of our company’s USA benefits programs including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, accident plans, flexible spending, retirement, EAP, and leaves.
+ Interact with external benefits vendors, facilitate internal transactions, and manage employee requests to ensure excellent customer service and benefits understanding.
+ Process benefit-related invoices, coordinate with finance and carriers, and oversee billing and payment activities.
