Job Description
The Benefits Administration Specialist supports the administration and processing of employee benefits, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely coordination with employees and vendors. This role is open to fresh graduates of a 4-year course, requires willingness to work on a night shift, and may have a hybrid work setup depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in administering employee benefits such as HMO, GLI, leave credits, and other company benefits
- Process benefits enrollment, updates, terminations, and employee record changes
- Answer employee inquiries related to benefits coverage, eligibility, and procedures
- Coordinate with internal HR teams and external benefit providers
- Maintain accurate and confidential benefits records and trackers
