Group Management Services (GMS) is seeking to hire a full time Benefits Account Manager with an aptitude for providing quality client service.
Primary Responsibilities:
In summary, the Benefits Account Manager is responsible for preparation and delivery of Benefits renewals, and meeting retention quotas. They serve as a primary contact for clients to provide daily customer service, to build relationships, and to meet face-to-face as per GMS
guidelines.
Further job duties include but not limited to:
- Manage client load; prepare and present renewal package for GMS blocks of business, produce client specific reporting and recommend changes to the current offering as needed
- Build relationships with clients to ensure quality service; meet with and educate GMS clients prior to renewal to review plan usage, trends and claims that drive the renewal
