**Job Title: Bench Technician – Pneumatic Components**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on bench-level troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of pneumatic components in accordance with manufacturer Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs). You will perform detailed tear-downs, conduct pneumatic testing, and document all work accurately while supporting production with timely work order processing in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Bench pneumatic components and diagnose issues in accordance with manufacturer Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs).
+ Repair and overhaul pneumatic components following all applicable CMM procedures and quality standards.
+ Perform pneumatic testing as specified in manufacturer CMM requirements to verify component performance and safety.
+ Complete thorough and accurate tear-down reports for incoming pneumatic units, documenting condition and required work.
