The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in OPT & Bench Sales recruitment and a strong understanding of US staffing processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle Bench Sales and OPT recruitment activities end-to-end
• Market OPT candidates to vendors and clients
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and consultants
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on submissions
• Ensure compliance with recruitment and documentation standards

Required Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in OPT & Bench Sales recruitment
