Position : Bench Sales Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Market bench consultants to vendors and direct clients
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Share consultant profiles and follow up for interview opportunities
  • Negotiate rates and close placements
  • Maintain daily submission and placement reports

Qualifications:

  • Strong vendor network and marketing skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Knowledge of US staffing process and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Bench Sales / US Staffing
