We are looking for driven and experienced Bench Sales Recruiters who are passionate about end-to-end recruitment, client delivery, and growing in the US staffing ecosystem.
Experience Required:
- 3-6 years of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment.
- Experience in sales of H1B, EAD-OPT, Green Card, H4, and USC candidates.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Good connections and Ability to Work with White Vendors only.
- Expert recruiters need to close the bench candidates and aggressive team player.
- Ability to interact, develop Tier-1 Vendor network, and get the H1B and GC candidates placed in minimal turnaround time.
- Experienced with End-to-end cycle of sales from submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations, and Follow-up.
- Knowledge of Job Portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and social media ...
