Position : Bench Sales Recruiter
Responsibilities:
Market bench consultants to vendors and direct clients
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
Share consultant profiles and follow up for interview opportunities
Negotiate rates and close placements
Maintain daily submission and placement reports Qualifications:
Strong vendor network and marketing skills
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Knowledge of US staffing process and tax terms (W2, C2 C, 1099) Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Bench Sales / US Staffing
