Qualifications
- To welcome customers.
- To ensure that all guests checking in and out are offered help with their luggage.
- To assist guests in every way possible.
- To maintain a presence in the lobby so that there is always somebody available to answer guest’s queries.
- To ensure that the lobby and entrance area are always clean and tidy in line with the hotel’s standard.
- To park customer’s cars.
- The ability to use one’s initiative.
- The ability to work in a team or alone.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a 4 to 5 star hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is an asset.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to provide a warm and professional guest experience.
