We are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Worker to join a supportive secondary school in the Oldham area from September.
This rewarding role involves working closely with students who require additional behavioural, emotional and pastoral support, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.
The school is looking for a confident, resilient and proactive individual who can build positive relationships with young people and contribute to a calm and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group behaviour support.
Support students both inside and outside the classroom.
Implement behaviour and pastoral support plans.
Promote positive behaviour and engagement with learning.
Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff and senior leaders.
Assist with interventions designed to improve attendance, behaviour and wellbeing.
