About the Role


Milk Education are working with a specialist SEMH school in Rochdale to recruit a dedicated Behaviour Mentor. This role involves supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and develop positive behaviour strategies.


The position is ideal for individuals with experience in youth work, coaching, care, mentoring, or education, who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.
