We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school based in PR6.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is active, sporty, and hands-on, and who can confidently support pupils with challenging behaviours.
The Role:
- Supporting students with SEMH needs both in and out of the classroom
- Managing and responding to challenging behaviour in a calm, consistent manner
- Building strong, positive relationships with pupils
- Encouraging engagement through practical and physical activities
- Working closely with teaching staff to support learning and emotional development
