Behaviour Support Mentor – Secondary School, Middleton (Rochdale)

The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support for a student with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs who displays challenging behaviours. They will work closely with the school's pastoral and inclusion teams to implement tailored strategies that encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistent 1:1 mentoring and emotional support to the student throughout the school day.
• Implement and monitor behaviour support plans under the guidance of the SENCO and Behaviour Lead.
