Justteachers are working with a welcoming and forward‑thinking school in Bradford seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support LSA to join their staff team from September 2026 . This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people, promoting positive behaviour, and helping students overcome barriers to learning. You’ll work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and SEN professionals to create a safe, consistent, and supportive environment where every pupil can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
• Assist in implementing individual behaviour plans and intervention strategies.
• Promote positive behaviour and model appropriate conduct at all times.
