Scale E (£29,167 per annum FTE) 30 hours per week, term time only

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our dedicated pastoral team to support the work of existing staff in supporting students in our school.

This will involve building relationships with specific students and supporting them when they are dysregulated, providing roaming support to teachers to maintain a calm and purposeful learning environment and being, at times, the lead person in our small off-site provision. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage and being passionate about supporting young people and our community is essential.

Applicants should be hard working, professional and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
