Job Description
Plymstock School is seeking a Behaviour Support Coordinator to enhance and manage the supportive learning environment for students. This permanent role involves coordinating interventions to improve the behaviour of identified pupils, implementing the school’s Behaviour Policy, and overseeing student support programs.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience working with children, a strong understanding of behaviour management, and excellent interpersonal skills. The role is full-time, requiring 37 hours per week over 39 weeks per annum.
