Hope View School are seeking to appoint a full time behaviour support assistant to work with our experienced behaviour support team at our Lower School site in Chartham, from the 1st September 2026. Experience of working as a teaching assistant within schools would be advantageous. The site is in a rural location with no public transport links therefore own transport is essential.

Experience of working with pupils with Special Educational Needs would be an advantage but is not essential. Willingness to work within a small team and an organised but flexible approach is crucial. High standards of behaviour management, professionalism and resiliance are essential. High expectations of pupils are also required as is the ability to be empathetic, understanding and supportive of pupils and their needs. This position would be ideal for a dynamic, hard-working and committed individual looking to build a career in this sector.
