Salary range: £40,182 - £42,060 London weighting pro rata. Contract: 36-month fixed term, end date 31 March 2029. Hours: 36 hours FTE 1.0, Term Time Working (39 weeks). Location: Brent Civic Centre and other required locations.
The Role
We are seeking a committed and skilled Behaviour Specialist to support schools in promoting positive behaviour, strengthening inclusion and preventing exclusion for children and young people. This rewarding and hands‑on role spans primary, secondary and alternative provision settings. You will work directly with pupils experiencing social, emotional and behavioural difficulties (SEBD), delivering targeted interventions and support to remove barriers to learning and improve engagement, attendance and outcomes. You will play a key role in keeping children and young people connected to education, supporting schools to create inclusive environments where every child has the opportunity to succeed.
