Behaviour Specialist
A dynamic SEN setting in L23 is seeking a Behaviour Specialist to supportpupils with complex behavioural needs. This full-time role demands resilience, initiative, and a deep commitment to helping young people re-engage with learning.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils with SEMH needs, trauma, and challenging behaviours
- Leading de-escalation, regulation, and restorative strategies
- Working closely with teaching staff to create a safe, structured environment
- Building trust and consistency through clear boundaries and positive relationships
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in PRUs, SEMH schools, or youth work settings
- Confidence managing behaviour and promoting emotional regulation
