Behaviour Mentor
Milk Education is recruiting passionate and resilient Behaviour Mentors to join SEN schools across Nottingham, working on a long-term or short-term basis, starting immediately.
This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated individuals to support young people with additional needs in developing positive behaviour and achieving their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with social, emotional, or behavioural needs.
• Implement positive behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques.
• Support pupils’ emotional regulation and engagement within the classroom.
• Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to track progress and maintain consistency.
