About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, resilient, and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join our specialist SEN school in Southeast London. This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and learning difficulties.
The successful candidate will play a key role in helping students develop positive behaviours, emotional regulation skills, and confidence both inside and outside the classroom. You will work closely with teaching staff, therapists, parents, and external professionals to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
