This role is ideal for someone who connects before they correct.


We’re looking for Behaviour Mentors and Teaching Assistants to support pupils who need help staying regulated, engaged, and in class. Based in a South Bristol (BS13) school, this role focuses on de-escalation, relationship-building, and positive reinforcement.

Experience from youth work, mentoring, care, or education is all highly relevant here.
