Are you a confident individual who is passionate about supporting disadvantaged learners with behavioural needs? We are seeking proactive and engaging behaviour mentors who can support learners who struggle with traditional school settings and benefit from 1-1 support.

The School and Role:

We are working with Secondary Schools in Basildon who are seeking enthusiastic and resilient individuals who can work as Behaviour Mentors and Teaching Assistants. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to support students 1 to 1 or in small groups, supporting young people who need additional support with their learning.
