Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Manager to join our school team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, supporting students to achieve their full potential, and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
You will work closely with senior leadership, teaching staff, and pastoral teams to implement behaviour strategies, manage incidents, and support students with behavioural needs.

* Lead on the implementation of the school’s behaviour policy and procedures
* Support staff in managing student behaviour effectively in and out of the classroom
* Monitor and track behaviour data, identifying trends and putting interventions in place
