The school promotes progression, with opportunities for experienced staff to take on class‑leading responsibilities so will require someone full-time and to start in the coming weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in‑class support across a range of ages, helping pupils access learning by breaking instructions down, implementing visual supports.
  • Encourage positive learning behaviours, using calm, consistent and proactive strategies to guide pupils back on task and help them regulate.
