Make a difference in the Anglophone East School District as a Behaviour Intervention Mentor. Assist students with challenging behaviors to support effective learning environments.
This temporary position spans from September 8, 2026, to June 25, 2027. As a Mentor, you'll develop evidence-based strategies aimed at enhancing social skills, communication, self-esteem, and resilience in students. Training school personnel in conflict management and behavior support techniques will be key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement support for students facing behavioral challenges
• Provide training on observation and conflict management techniques
• Collaborate with teachers and mental health professionals
• Conduct individual and group interventions as needed
• Assist in developing behavior management plans through case conferencing
