Position Summary
As our Behaviour Intervention & Internal Inclusion Support, you will play a key role in promoting inclusion and supporting individual students in developing personal behaviour management, removing barriers to learning and supporting the improvement of good progress for individuals and/or groups of students. You will have day‑to‑day task responsibility for the direct behaviour and support of some of the College’s most vulnerable students.
Working Hours
The role is based on working 37 hours per week (Mon‑Thur 8am – 4pm, Fri 8am – 3.30pm) for 39 working weeks per year – term time plus development days.
