Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop Behaviour Change Communication (BCC/SBCC) strategies and implementation plans. Design IEC campaigns, community outreach activities, and stakeholder engagement programs. Conduct community consultations, FGDs, workshops, and awareness campaigns. Identify behavioural barriers and recommend evidence-based interventions. Develop communication materials, messaging, and campaign content. Coordinate with government departments, ULB officials, NGOs, and community stakeholders. Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements. Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations. EligibilityMaster's Degree in Social Sciences, Behavioural Sciences, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, Development Studies, Mass Communication, or related field. 5–8 years of relevant experience in Behaviour Change Communication (BCC/SBCC), IEC, community mobilization, or social development projects.
