The work involves observing live environments such as offices, retail floors, and service spaces, identifying points where behavior breaks down or slows, and making physical or structural adjustments to improve outcomes. This is not a clinical or academic position. It requires practical knowledge of environmental psychology, embodied cognition, behavioral conditioning, and hands on experimentation in real settings.
Candidates must show clear experience turning psychological insight into physical changes that lead to measurable improvements in performance, compliance, engagement, or conversion.
