Applicable Starting Salary Range: $21.00 - $24.05. Location: College Hill – Adolescent Unit. Shift: Rotating Day/Eve – part and full‑time available. FTE: 0.8 (32 weekly hours).

Responsibilities

  • Embrace relationship‑based care while engaging with patients and families.
  • Work in a milieu setting to manage patients and families, providing direct care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Implement individualized patient care plans, including completing behavioral assessments.
  • Lead and co‑lead psychiatric educational groups ensuring therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
