**Behavioral Health Customer Care Representative I**

**Location** : This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, except for required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development. **Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to Seven Fields, PA.**

**Hours** : _Shift hours are Monday through Friday - 8 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern or 8:30 AM to 5 PM Eastern on a rotating schedule._
