Job Description

The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.

In this role, Classroom Aides will:

+ Provide direct support to students requiring behavioral interventions.
+ Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to manage maladaptive and aggressive behaviors.
+ Support students in staying on track with academic tasks, including homework and classwork.
+ Collaborate with school staff and supervisors to ensure students receive consistent and effective behavioral support.
+ Support in both special education and general education classrooms
+ Minimum High School Diploma or College degree preferred
+ Full Time, Part Time, or On-Call Substitutes
