Behavior Technician (BT)

Brightview Care is a fast-growing provider of personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Wayne County. 

We're looking for compassionate, energetic individuals who are passionate about helping kids learn, grow, and thrive through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Position starts out Part Time with opportunity to grow into a full-time position. 

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Accurately collect and record patient behavior data while maintaining compliant medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques.
