Asa Long-Term Substitute Behavior Coach at River Rock Academy, you'll provide critical support to students by modeling positive behaviors, fostering a consistent and structured environment, and encouraging the development of decision-making and self-regulation skills. In this role, you will help ensure continuity and stability for students during periods of staff transition, playing an essential part in their academic and personal growth.
