Pay Range $71,760.00 to $107,660.80

Summary of Job Responsibilities:


The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Behavior Analyst is responsible for providing behavior analysis as part member of a multi-disciplinary care team who works with pediatric customer owners who are experiencing a variety of developmental challenges. Responsible for using the principles of behavior analysis to make meaningful behavior plans and partner with the customer owner, family, and care teams to implement the behavior plan.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in behavior analysis, education, or psychology from an accredited university or college program OR graduate degree from an accredited university or college program AND completion of a Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) verified course sequence.
