Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Lead safe, efficient Beechcraft 1900 operations in multi-crew, IFR environments across regional routes.
  • Exercise sound Captaincy: flight planning, weather/NOTAM review, fuel and weight/balance, SOP and regulatory compliance.
  • Coach and collaborate with your First Officer and crew to maintain a just culture and high performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing on-time performance in dynamic operating conditions.
  • Complete accurate operational reports, tech logs, and safety reports.
  • Support a flexible schedule with travel, weekend, and evening operations as required.

Minimum qualifications

  • Total time: 2,500 hours
  • PIC time: 500 hours
  • Multi-engine: 500 hours
  • Turbine: 1,000 hours
  • Multi-pilot: 1,000 hours
  • IFR/multi-crew turbine: 1,000 hours
  • License: ATPL (TCCA)
  • Medical: Class 1
