We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

Starting date: October 1st 2026 until September 30th 2027.
Selection process: May 2026 to September 2026.

Program: Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program designed to provide the best training in new areas of knowledge essential for future professionals. Participants will study a Master, organized in training blocks, and combine it with an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to their degree, allowing them to learn and complete their academic background.

The internship starts early October 2026, lasts 11 months, is full‑time (40 h/week) and participants receive an attractive study grant.
