Sales and Retail: Prior experience in retail and sales is crucial, as the role often involves promoting and selling products, monitoring sales metrics, and achieving targets.Training/Coaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring other staff members is a significant advantage, particularly for senior trainer roles.Portfolio: A professional portfolio showcasing your makeup artistry, application techniques, and before-and-after results is highly beneficial. Certifications: Certification in Make-up application will be preferred.
