We are looking for an experienced Salon Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, scheduling appointments, answering phones, taking payments, providing general salon information and social media mangment. The successful candidate will be highly organized and able to handle a variety of tasks with ease.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon calendar.
