- Provide facial treatments, skincare services and basic beauty treatments.
- Assess customers’ skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments or products.
- Perform eyebrow shaping, waxing, makeup and other non-medical beauty services.
- Explain treatment procedures, packages and aftercare instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools and equipment.
- Manage customer appointments and service records.
- Promote beauty products and treatment packages.
- Ensure good customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Relevant beautician or beauty therapy experience preferred.
- Knowledge of facial treatments, skincare and beauty products.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed, responsible and service-oriented.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
