Job Description
Take the lead in beach clean initiatives in Victoria, British Columbia with Surfrider Canada. Coordinate events, engage the community, and combat marine debris through hands-on leadership.
The Beach Clean Lead role is a two-year volunteer commitment, requiring 1-3 hours weekly, increasing during planned clean-up weeks. You'll collaborate with Surfrider's BCU manager and Logistics Coordinator, focusing on day-of activities including organizing volunteers, managing resources, and educating the public on plastic pollution. Your voice will help raise awareness and inspire local action.
