Timings: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (Upwork Bidding & Proposal Writing)
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (Upwork) who can generate business through strategic bidding and high-converting proposals for IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify relevant projects on Upwork (Web, Mobile App, Custom Software)
Write customized, winning proposals
Communicate with clients professionally
Handle follow-ups and convert leads into projects
Maintain Upwork profile metrics (JSS, response rate, etc.)
Coordinate with technical teams for requirement gathering
Requirements:
