proactive member of BD's global Operational Excellence (OPEX) community.
Reporting to the Plant OPEX Manager, the Plant OPEX Engineer will be passionate about creating a culture of
operational and customer excellence, implementing change, and driving Continuous Improvement (CI) across the
network through the BD excellence.
This strong operational excellence and continuous improvement identity will be created through the systematic
application of LEAN production and CI principles, methodologies, and associated tools, to ensure sustainable
optimization of performance in the areas of quality, delivery, and cost, whilst improving safety
