We're looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development professional who can identify quality opportunities, write personalized proposals, and help close deals for software development and IT services.
Responsibilities:
Search and analyze high-quality Upwork jobs
Write customized, non-generic proposals
Manage Upwork bidding strategy and connects
Communicate with clients via chat and calls
Pitch staff augmentation models (dedicated developers/teams)
Coordinate with internal technical teams
Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and deal support
Maintain lead pipeline and conversion tracking
